School And Coordinator Information
For school accounts, Track Diploma may store school name, cohort size, coordinator email, coordinator account details, approved student email addresses, cohort exam session, and school access status.
Student Information Connected To Schools
When a school adds a student email, Track Diploma uses that email to identify whether the student should receive school-provided access. Once a student creates or uses an account with that email, the student may be linked to the school plan.
Progress Information Visible To Schools
Authorized school coordinators may see progress summaries for linked students, including subjects, coursework, homework, tests, past papers, study sessions, syllabus progress, grades entered by the student, and related planning signals used by the dashboard.
Student App Data
Students may store notes, files, resources, calendar items, reminders, AI chat content, CAS ideas, and academic progress data in the student app. Some data may be summarized for school progress tracking when the student is linked to a school plan.
How Information Is Used
We use school and student information to provide school access, manage seats, support onboarding, show coordinator dashboards, send school invitations, maintain app security, provide support, and improve the service.
Service Providers
Track Diploma may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, file storage, analytics, and AI features. These providers process data as needed to operate the app.
School Responsibilities
Schools should provide appropriate notices and permissions to students and parents or guardians where required. Schools should only add students they are authorized to invite and should remove students when school access should end.
