School Portal Use
The school portal lets authorized school coordinators create a school account, manage seats, add approved student email addresses, and view student progress information for students connected to that school plan.
Coordinator Responsibility
Schools are responsible for ensuring that only authorized staff access the coordinator portal, that student email addresses are entered accurately, and that any student monitoring is consistent with school policies, parent/student notices, and applicable data-protection obligations.
Student Access
Students added by a school use the normal Track Diploma student app. School access is unlocked when they create or use an account with the email address approved by the school. Students still complete onboarding and remain responsible for the content they add to their own accounts.
Progress Tracking
The school dashboard is designed to help schools support students by viewing planning and progress signals such as coursework, study activity, homework, syllabus, past-paper, and assessment progress. It is not an official exam record, grade guarantee, safeguarding system, or replacement for school academic judgment.
Free Launch Access
Track Diploma is completely free for schools and students until November 1, 2026. No payment details are required during the launch period. School cohort limits control how many student emails can be added for access management.
Student Content And School Data
Schools should not upload sensitive student information that is not needed for use of the service. Coordinators should only use dashboard information for educational support, progress monitoring, and school administration connected to Track Diploma.
No IB Affiliation
Track Diploma is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the International Baccalaureate Organization, the IB, or any official IB programme.
